On Monday, October 6th, 130 golfers arrived at Huntingdon Valley Country Club to raise funds for the Support Center for Child Advocates Project for Medically Needy Children.
The day commenced with a crisp morning, breaking to sun as the golfers took to the green for a shotgun start at noon. Foursomes played on all three nines, with opportunities to win hole-in-one prizes, including a 2009 Mercedes Benz C300W4. A cocktail hour and dinner welcomed everyone back to the club house.
The 3rd Annual Golf Classic raised more than $100,000 to support medically needy kids.
